A 24-hour front desk can assist guests with laundry services, room service and room facilities for the disabled. Various banquet rooms and meeting facilities are also available upon request. The modern, air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a desk, ironing facilities, a sofa and a minibar. Rooms also have views of the city. Hotel important information: Please inform Acacia Hotel Manila of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PHP 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests undergoing mandatory self-quarantine will have access to sanitation kits, full-board meals, early check-in from 08:00 and late check-out at 14:00. Please be advised that we will be conducting necessary paint repairs and enhancements to the façade of the building starting on February 27, 2024 onwards. Furthermore, the hotel pool shall be closed from Mondays to Thursdays, beginning March 4 to May 2024 (excluding Maundy Thursday). For checked-in guests, may we please request for you to draw your curtains during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding.
