Scale the walls of Rzeszów's Castle (Zamek)
Rzeszów has a huge castle just a short walk from the Old Town. It is known as Lubomirski Castle and dates back to the 16th century. It has been painted several times and is now a mustard yellow. You can increase its walls and admire it closely, but going inside
is normally restricted due to the current function of the building as a court. It is still the most important point of view in Rzeszów and should not be missed.
Laze in the city's beautiful parks
Rzeszów has lots of green spaces, but three impressive parks make for walks and relaxing moments in particular. Down the river are the Culture and Entertainment Park (Kultury i Wypoczynku in Polish) and Olstynzki Park. The culture and recreation park includes
a boat with the local man, Pomnik Stanisława Nitki, a resident of the legendary city, who was rumored to have rowed a river. World wars and communist times are mentioned in the Solidarity Park of the city. All three parks are fifteen minutes walk from each
other.
Stary Browar Rzeszowski
Stary Browar Rzeszowski is a great local beer, with a good range of home-brewed tap beer and it's great to try them all. The brewery offers four of their best beers, in sample glasses on a wooden tray, at a good price, so you can try the best beer in the region
without breaking the bank.
