Located on the pristine island of Thelu Veliga in the South Ari Atoll, about 90 km southwest of the capital Malé, Drift Thelu Veliga Retreat offers a beautiful coral area. The property is a 35-minute seaplane ride from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport.
Hotel facilities:
Guests can pamper themselves at Intimate Spa by THEMAE or enjoy various activities, including snorkelling, diving, windsurfing and boating, available at an additional cost. In addition, the resort offers a personalized menu of romantic experiences and excursions,
which can be arranged upon request. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including local seafood with continental and Asian influences.
WiFi is free in both rooms and public areas of the property.
Accommodation facilities:
The villas are tastefully decorated and are reminiscent of the authentic, pure charm of the Maldives. All villas have a minibar, tea / coffee maker and a private bathroom with use of parts and toiletries with ingredients made from organic teas. Some villas
have private access to the beach, while others are located above the turquoise waters of the island’s lagoon.
BEACH VILLA: 39 mp
The 10 villas on the beach are located on the shore, ensuring total isolation and privacy. Direct access to the beach, a surrounding canopy surrounding a large king-size bed.
WATER VILLA: 65 mp
This villa has a private entrance, air conditioning and patio. An extra bed can be placed upon prior request. The 20 water villas we have are located over the vast turquoise lagoon of the island. A private deck allows direct access to the cold blue waters.
A king-size bed faces the floor-to-ceiling windows, soaking the villa in a gentle glow of the sun. A sunny bathroom has an elegant designer bathtub with spectacular ocean views.
