Most of the rooms have a view to the lake or to the Villarrica volcano, allowing our guests the possibility to enjoy the best views that the destination can offer. Enjoy Pucón Hotel possess spacious and modern rooms, all include cable TV, wifi, hair dryer, private bathroom, air conditioning, among other. Just one Square away is located the Enjoy Pucón Casino, which also has different entertainment activities. Our staff will be happy to give you the best experience and recommend you the best options to know and enjoy your visit such as tours to wilderness areas like Huerquehue and Villarrica, thermal waters, adventure tourism activities (kayak, rafting, zip line, etc), gastronomy, handicrafts, volcano tours, waterfalls tours, cultural activities, among others.WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

A damage deposit of USD 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
