: Bright and peaceful loft apartment (2nd floor) in the village of Sotkamo, near to versatile services of the area. 6,5 km to Vuokatti. Hiukanhelmi apartment is built in 1992, partly renovated in -21, living area 46 m² with kitchen-living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons (bed size 140 cm x 190cm), dinette for 4-5. Bed room with double bed (can be separated if needed). Washroom/toilet, sauna (electric). Porch. Outdoor storage with lock, one parking space with heating plug. Equipment for children: feeding chair and pot. Apartment is recommended e.g for couples and small children for spending time in peace.
