The hotel in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas looks back on a 20-year tradition of hospitality and lodging and today is the most prestigious and exclusive in the whole city. Renovated in 2006, it comprises a total of 232 rooms, and the facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a cloakroom, lift access, a café, shops, a hairdresser, a bar, and a restaurant. Alongside conference facilities, guests may also take advantage of the public Internet connection and the room and laundry services.
