Kspace Serviced Apartments offers a range of serviced apartments based on West Street in central Sheffield. Guests can benefit from free Wi-Fi. This award winning property is on the doorstep of the fashionable Devonshire Quarter with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The city's 2 universities are a short distance away.WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 12 per day.

People 2 and up stay for £25 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note: There is no reception. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning and bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. The KSpace @ The Sinclair Building takes a deposit for all weekend stays, GBP 100 for Studios and GBP 200 for Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Triple Apartments.
