You simply cannot miss a meal at our restaurant. Our experienced chef Thierry selects his vegetables and fresh fish from the local market and prepares exquisite dishes to suit our guests.

Smoked cigar marlin stuffed with heart of palm and candied lemon, served with exotic fruit chutney and salmon roe, and Creole-style pork curry served with black lentil fricassee and smooth country leaves are must-trys during your stay. This fusion of French and local cuisines will excite your taste buds with its Mauritian spices – aromas that will make you discover and experience the local dishes... The restaurant has its own specifications, its own uniqueness, especially with the open kitchen, you will feel like you have your own chef.

The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. Meals are a la carte. Guests have the option of dining indoors, while nature lovers can opt for the deck where they can admire the magnificent view of Trou aux Biches Bay.
