Location:
Nika Island Resort & Spa, Maldives is located in North Ari Atoll, approximately 72 km from Malé International Airport. The resort offers a roundtrip shuttle service by seaplane at an additional cost.
It offers a villa located on the beach or above the water, surrounded by coral reefs.

Hotel facilities:
The hotel also has a private beach, relaxing massage and a gym. Guests can enjoy exciting water sports such as windsurfing, boating and snorkelling.
The restaurant serves Maldives specialties, Italian dishes and international dishes, which guests can enjoy outdoors while enjoying the sea breeze. In addition, there are 2 bars offering fine wines.
Guests can head to the tour desk for day trips, read a book in the library or enjoy quiet fishing moments. The resort offers laundry and babysitting services.

Room facilities:

Beach villa:
10 villas on the beach (approximately 80 sqm) with double room, living room and bathroom.
They are located in the northern part of the island, overlooking a large lagoon, with access to the reef barrier swimming from its own private beach. All the villas on the beach have seen the ocean and are built with natural materials, according to the principles of the architectural heritage of the Maldives. They are surrounded by a garden with gazebo and hot tub and are separated from each other by lush vegetation to ensure privacy. One Beach Villa has been modernized for disabled access.

Family Beach Villas:
The 3 villas (approximately 1400 sqm) have a double room with a four-poster bed, a large living room, a bathroom with Maldivian outdoor shower and a second double room with private bathroom and wardrobe.
Family Beach Villas are the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends. The villas are located in the northern part of the island and overlook a large lagoon from which you can swim to the reef barrier. These accommodation units are built with natural materials, according to the principles of the Maldives ’architectural heritage, and are surrounded by a gazebo garden and hot tub. The lush vegetation ensures total privacy for all guests in each villa.

Deluxe Beach Villas:
The 10 Deluxe Beach Villas (approximately 1000 sqft) have a double room, living room, bathroom with Maldivian-style outdoor shower.
Deluxe Beach Villas are set amidst lush vegetation in the south of the island, where the reef barrier is closer and easily accessible by swimming from your own private beach. All deluxe beachfront villas have ocean views and are built with natural materials, according to the principles of the Maldives ’architectural heritage. They are surrounded by a garden with gazebo and hot tub and are separated from each other by lush vegetation to ensure privacy.

Family Deluxe Beach Villas:
The 3 Family Deluxe Beach Villas (approximately 1400 sqft) have a double room, living room, bathroom with Maldivian style outdoor shower; the second double room has a private bathroom and a wardrobe.
They are ideal for large families or groups of friends. They are located on the southern part of the island, where the reef barrier is closer to the beach. They overlook the ocean and are built with natural materials, according to the principles of the architectural heritage of the Maldives. They are surrounded by a garden with gazebo and hot tub and are separated from each other by lush vegetation to ensure isolation and total privacy.

Remarks: Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited.
