Located just a 3-minute walk from the popular Sim Lim Square and Sim Lim Tower (electronic shops), it is also just a 10-minute walk from Arab Quarters. Perak’s homely rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with wood flooring. They come equipped with a safety deposit box and an private bathroom with free toiletries. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are available upon request. Guests have free access to the computer station in the lobby from 19:00 to 06:00. They can also get assistance with laundry, tour arrangement and currency exchange services.
