Hotelul PRESTIGE, construit în 2009, este situat în centrul vechiului oraș Batumi. Clădirea are 6 etaje și 35 de camere. Nu există lift, acesta va începe să funcționeze în vara anului 2020.  Unele camere au un balcon cu vedere spre mare și oraș.
