Description and General Facilities: Shooting Star Lodge was founded in the early 90s by Elly Mlang'a, who still owns the lodge. Starting as a simple bar/restaurant and B&B, over the years the small business has metamorphosed from a simple beach bar and banda huts to the authentic African boutique lodge that today, raises the quality without losing touch with the traditional roots. .
