Similar to our beach villas, but with a few extra extras. A fully furnished sun terrace, a private cottage boasts a relaxing Maldivian swing overlooking the lagoon. A relaxing bath is located in its own outdoor courtyard, and all villas enjoy privileged positions right on the beach.

JACUZZI DELUXE BEACH VILLA: 76 sqm, max 3 ad or 2 ad + 2 children
With the added luxury of an outdoor jacuzzi tub, these villas are always in high demand. Beyond their spectacular bathrooms and spacious king-size bedrooms, the sliding glass doors open onto large terraces with a table, sun loungers and an inviting Maldivian swing.

Perched above the lagoon, with a swimming platform for underwater adventures, our Reef villas offer countless ways to relax. On the deck you will find sun loungers and plenty of dining space, plus your own private hot tub to admire the views. A king-size bedroom leads to a pampered bathroom with a separate bathtub and rain shower.

SUNSET REEF VILLA: 78 sqm, max 3 ad or 2 ad + 2 children
For the sunset paradise, these above-water villas have a swimming platform, a deck with sun loungers and a private outdoor hot tub, with the best sunset views of the island. Each of our Sunset Reef villas enjoys prime seats for the daily spectacle of nature lights and all have king-size beds and luxurious ocean-view bathrooms.

AQUA VILLA: 90 sqm, max 3 ad or 2 ad + 2 children
Only 6 Aqua villas can be found on the pier and, with endless pools, hammocks above the water and large outdoor terraces with steps leading directly to the lagoon, it is easy to understand why they are so popular. The sliding glass doors flood the interiors with natural light and the ocean breeze, and the bathrooms have separate bathtubs and a separate shower.

AQUA SUITE: 110 sqm, max 3 ad or 2 ad + 2 children
Each of the 5 aqua suites above the water boasts a private infinity pool on an oversized sun terrace, prestigious ocean views and steps down to the lagoon. Inside, you’ll find a panoramic king-size bedroom with a separate lounge area, plus a bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower.

GRAND REEF SUITE: 220 sqm, max 6 ad or 4 ad + 2 children
The Grand Reef Suite is located at the end of the pier above the water and enjoys the best views in the house. A world in itself, the suite can accommodate up to six guests and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with dining area. Outside, a large terrace has a private pool, day bed, sun loungers and a table with steps leading directly to the lagoon.
