location: Superb location in the centre of the Viaduct harbour (formerly the America's Cup village). On the Corner of Hobson and Customs Street West. A five minute walk to Queen Street and its shops. There are many bars and restaurants located on the street level below this property as part of the Viaduct harbour.
rooms: Very modern spacious rooms, beautifully decorated. All the facilities one would expect of a top class 4 star hotel, large bathrooms. Facilities are in excellent condition. Some rooms face the City. Others overlook the harbour.

exterior: A modern six storey building, predominantly facing the the famous yacht marina.
