Hotelul este situat în centrul de afaceri al Chișinăului, aproape de clădirile Rezidenței și Parlamentului, de Parcul Central și de Teatrul de Operă și Balet, la 20 de minute de Aeroportul Internațional Chișinău și la 5-7 minute de Centrul Internațional de Expoziții Moldexpo. La sfârșitul anului 2014, hotelul a fost renovat.
