Wooden chalet 2009, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds and 1 extra bed, dry-toilet, sauna with both wood-fired and electric stoves, dressing room/utility room with small shower cubicle, terrace. Woodshed/dry-toilet. Small wood-burning stove in kitchen, in sleeping loft a small lounge area and a Playstation. Sauna has two stoves and a stereo system. Inside and outside toilets both of composting type. Geothermal heat from lake. Plot on slope, steps down to shore, mixed forest, grassed area, planted shrubs.
