Facilities include a foyer, a currency exchange desk and a lobby bar. There are also a bar with a sun terrace and 3 restaurants offering international cuisine and Cuban dishes. Each of the rooms is well-equipped as standard including a satellite TV, a minibar and a double bed. The air conditioning is centrally controlled.
