Ataturk Mausoleum - details and images
Turks have a genuine cult Atatürk - the founder of Turkish Republic and Anitkabir mausoleum is a very important monument in Ankara.
Mausoleum was built in the years 1944 - 1953, was designed by architect Emil Onati. The complex includes lei path flanked Honor Hittite, a Court of Honor, a museum and mausoleum itself. If you get to climb the 33 steps between the Liberation Tower and the Tower of Independence, to honor Route 260 m.
