Caransebes International Airport - details and images
The airport was opened in 1969 (the airport of urgency), but he got the role only civil airport in 1975. In 1994 the company Tarom airlines suspended flights scheduled to Caransebes. Currently the airport is intended as the basis of recovery of Romania Aero club.
The airport has a runway 2,000 meters long and the passenger terminal is located 3 km. the city center, the river Sebes, the middle of a field trip. There is now a paved road with two lanes linking the city to the airport.
SC.TransCS Transport Company SA, which provides public transportation in the city, has 3 bus routes to the airport.
