Cezanne's studio - details and images
Paul Cezanne (19 January 1839 – 22 October 1906) was a French artist and Post-Impressionist painter whose work laid the foundations of the transition from the 19th century conception of artistic endeavour to a new and radically different world of art in the 20th century.
Many of the visitors to Aix-en-Provence will have an interest in the work of Paul Cézanne, and here they will have an opportunity to discover several of the artist's familiar objects (many featured in some of his paintings).
The studio is equipped with an audio/video room where visitors can watch relevant films and CD-roms. Tours in English daily.
