Fountain Jet d'eau " - details and images
Spectacular jet was used occasionally to release pressure from the power generation plant on Ron.
But people liked them so much that in 1891 the mayor has created a permanent fountain. Night jet stream is very nice light. The best way of viewing the attractions of Geneva as a remote area half a kilometer around the jet is a lot of water.
"Jet d'eau" is perhaps the most important attractions of the city of Geneva, and access to this attraction is free for everyone.
