Midoun, is a city located on the east side of the island of Djerba is the second largest city on the island after Houmt-Souk. The fair takes place weekly each Friday (souk's) very picturesque.
Folklore programs are held every Tuesday in the outdoor theater where we can witness a real wedding traditional Berber music, local event is called the Fantasia Festival.''
Until the nineteenth century this place called Souk Ejemaa (Fair Friday), an outdoor fair hebdomadaire, drawing around Midoun djerbienii the site.
