Museum of Greek folk music - details and images
Permanent collection spans three floors and is divided into four sections: membranofone (drums ceramic tamburinele) aerophone (flutes, bagpipes), cordofone (guitars, mandolins, dulcimere) and idiofone (bells).
Visitors will enjoy not only the instruments on display, but will listen to the music produced by each of them. Museum organzieaza traditional Greek folk music concerts.
Greek Popular Musical Instruments Museum can be visited every day between 10.00-14.00 hours except Wednesday when it is open between 12.00-18.00 hours and when it is closed Mondays.
