Ostrov Island - details and images
More than 100 wild horses live on the island, and in addition to this, you can always find the blackcurrant, the big cormorant or the red stork, swans and other birds. The islands are 1,600 hectares, and within them are two lakes, without connection with the Danube, occupied in fact the highest tide.
The island's attractions are the wild horse colonies; on the right, on the Serbian bank, one can, built on the rocks, the Golubac fortress; Baba Caia rock and the legend of Attila's tomb.
