Piazzale Michelangelo - details and images
Piazzale Michelangelo is a square built on top of a hill where you have panoramic views over the city of Florence. You can get here by bus or climbing stairs in Lungarno della Zecca.
Terrace construction was begun in 1885 and dedicated the monument consists of copies of Michelangelo's bronze statue of David and the Medici chapels.
