Tower Road offers a 5-km long promenade, abundant shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, internet cafes and where boat trips can be made.
The promenade, which stretches a few kilometers from Gzira to St. Julian's, south of Sliema, is an ideal place for walking and jogging practitioners. On summer evenings, the promenade becomes a frequent meeting place and socializing.
The coastline has two towers fortified Redin observation tower, built in the seventeenth century, and another tower built by the British neo-Gothic style in the 1880s.
