Receptionerul super OK (cred ca numelele lui e Marian), amabil cu toata lumea,pacat nu are si conducerea o asemenea atitudine visavis de clienti.Camerele sint ok, curate, calduroase (eu am stat la et 5 ).

apa la piscina rece si murdara,nu functioneaza decit un lift,la tv se vede foarte rau,per ansamblu (incluzind si restaurantul ) nota 7 administrare hotel, nota 10 receptioner

Camerele in hotel sunt curate si confortabile, dotate cu aer conditionat si televizor. Baia arata bine, cu dotari noi. Exista si un balcon. Singurul punct slab este mirosul de la sifonul din baie, dar l-am rezolvat tinand usa inchisa. Critici am doar despre piscine. trebuie curatate mai des. Intr-o saptamana, s-a curatat doar o singura piscina, ce mica, si nici atunci curatenia nu a fost realizata complet. Sugerez ca bazinele sa aiba intrarea si iesirea apei in mod continuu, pt primenirea permanenta a apei. Ca aspect exterior, apa pare curata, dar trebuie asigurata o igiena mai riguroasa a ei.

Statiunea, mai ales partea veche, ar putea fi o bijuterie daca s-ar renova vechile hoteluri. ar putea deveni o statiune de lux. ambientul natural este foarte generos, cu ape curative, cu aer ionizat, cu frumuseti de vis. Ce pacat ca nu se ocupa nimeni de renovarea vechilor hoteluri, incarcate de istorie si farmec. Oricum, eu am plecat incantata de acolo.

pozitionarea hotelului este de invidiat . felicit proprietarul pentru efortul financiar in a imbunatati conditiile de cazare si tratament. este pe un drum bun, dar destul de lung . succes in continuare !
