Polis

Polis is a small town in north-western island of Cyprus, near the Akamas peninsula and the Gulf Chrysochous. It is a quiet resort, residents income is supplemented by agriculture and fishing. The surroundings are populated coastal villages offering typical Cypriot hospitality, culture and cuisine, unique flora and abundant fauna. Polis is served by the fishing port Latsia - an attraction famous for its fish taverns and boat trips to nature reserve. A walk along the nature trails accompanied by the bay view is a unique experience. From Polis can easily visit the surroundings, the best way to do this is by renting a car (in Cyprus drive on the left).
