Dei este un resort mare (trei corpuri de cladiri impunatoare) a facut faa cu felicitari afluxului de turiti. S-a facut curaenie zilnic in camera, s-au schimbat prosoapele, prosoapele de plaja puteau fi schimbate i de 2-3 ori pe zi, daca doreai. Mancarea a fost foarte multa, gustoasa i diversificata.intr-adevar, sucurile i bauturile erau puin cam mult diluate, dar, nefiind consumatoare, nu m-a deranjat. La fiecare etaj erau in permanena aprovizionate aparatele de cafea i apa rece. am ajuns la ora 10:00, iar la ora 10:30 eram in camera, cazai. Personal amabil, zambitor i atent. a fost un concediu reuit i voi reveni cu placere.

Impresiile negative mi-au fost facute de compatrioii mei care, in ciuda afielor amplasate i a unor reguli de bun sim ale hotelui, au demonstrat inca o data ca ,,omul sfinete locul”. Ocupau ezlongurile dis-de-dimineaa, punandu-i prosoapele pe ele, in ciuda eforturilor angajailor care lasau bilete pe ele. Farfuriile pline pana la refuz, de parca venea foametea...

Staiunea nu exceleaza la acest capitol, dar arata mult mai bine decat multe staiuni de pe litoralul nostru.

Nu recomand My favourite clubin afara de o sticla de sampanie la sosire ai cateva produse in plus la baie, nu ai cine stie ce beneficii. Check in si check out ul, desi sunt personalizate, se fac la aceeasi ora ca la o camera normala, zona exclusivista pentru piscina este undeva pe nisip, destul de departe de piscina

am petrecut un sejur de 7 nopti superb in conditii foarte bune, as zice cu mult peste media serviciilor de la litoralul bulgaresc. Mancarea diversificata, 2 piscine in incinta hotelului, multa verdeata, echipa de animatie foarte buna pentru cei mici. Ne-a placut si cred ca vom reveni.

Personalul bulgar de la paza si intretinere cam nepoliticos. Nu vorbesc engleza si au prostul obicei sa bombane turistii, fara cenzura.

Camera dubla DeLuxe, insa cu mentiunea ca balcoanele nu asigura intimitatea, fiind separate doar printr-un grilaj jos.

Mancarea de la all inclusive a fost relativ slaba calitativ pentru un hotel de 4 stele. a fost foarte multa galagie inclusiv noaptea. Parcarea costa 20 leva/zi (fara chitanta) la o parcare publica aflata la distanta, iar langa hotel erau parcate numai masini cu numere de Bulgaria. am vazut o masina cu nr. de Romania ridicata de pe strada din fata hotelului vecin, dar de cele cu nr. de Bulgaria nu am vazut sa se atinga. La plaja 30 leva/zi pentru 2 sezlonguri fara saltelute si 1 umbrela.

Echipa de animatori super tare, copiii s-au distrat.

Semnal prost WIFI, in camera mirosea a canal permanent, aerul conditionat nu functiona (facea zgomot, dar nu racea deloc). am mai fost acum 2 ani dar nu au mai facut schimbari, a fost mai rau. Mancarea foarte putin diversificata, de multe ori nu aveai ce sa mananci. Deserturile false, gust artificial. tot sejurul au avut o baclava buna si cateva ecleruri care au disparut instant.

am fost impresionati de marimea camerei si a patului care a fost foarte comod inclusiv pentru 3 persoane (2 adult, un copil). totodata am fost multumiti de curatenia camerei i de mancarurile servite, avand in vedere raportul pret - calitate.

Partea de animatie a hotelului nu este in top, insa avand in vedere pretul achitat nici asteptarile nu pot fi foarte mari.

Hotelul ofera servicii peste fostul Riu Helios Bay. Curatenie excelenta, mancare foarte buna, pozitionare pe malul marii.

Nu am primit camera contractata si dupa multe insistente am primit camera cu sea view dupa doua zile. turistii romani sunt dezavantajati de catre personalul de la receptie. Lipsa selonguri pe plaja. antren de nota 3 din 10 facut de catre o echipa fara experienta si talent
