Suhlasim s Janekom Handzuom, e je to prekrasne miesto na dovolenku. Ete by som dodal doleitu informaciu, e v objekte je aj el. intalacia na 230 V, take nie je problem nabit mobil ci notebook. Len nejaký vaci spotrebic (varic) by to neutiahlo, pretoe energia sa cerpa z 12 V baterie, ktora je cez den dobijana zo solarnych clankov.tepla voda sa ziskava tie pomocou slnka v nadobe za domom. Cez den, ked riadne prai, tak sa zohreje aj na 60 stupnov, ale ked slnko zajde, tak zase vychladne.Nad castou hornej terasy pred spalnou pribudla tohto roku strieka, ktora zabezpecuje tien po celý den, co je velmi dobre v takom slnecnom pocasi, ako sme mali my od 21. do 29. juna 2008.Len jedna vec sa mne osobne trochu nepacila - susedne objekty su na tento domcek dost natlacene - napr. objekt aS-435 je vzdialený len asi 5 metrov a komin od jeho grilu je hned vedla "naej" terasy - natastie tito susedia v case naho pobytu negrilovali, lebo inak by nas "vyudili" :snose:Ete doplnim cenu za prenajom lodky - 18 euro na den plus benzin.

Un loc ideal pentru a va relaxa. O plaja linistita, si magazin de foarte aproape. Pentru cei carora le place viata de noapte si modul in care Gradac Bar Pineta - Va recomandam bauturi. Proprietarul przesympatyczna obiect si ospitaliera - rakia, smochinele uscate .... delicioase. Va multumesc si sa recomande tuturor!

Minunat loc! casa mare, confortabil intr-un orasel linistit pe malul Marii adriatice frumoase, ospitalitatea si bunavointa casei Nicolae, familia lui si rezidentii locali ne-au lasat cu o impresie placuta si de neuitat. Super!

in vara anului 2007 am fost aici in vacanta. unitate de cazare este OK. toate curate si intretinute. Spatiu in fata (de masa si de banci pentru sezut) sunt inca in umbra (! Komare!). Plaja este mic si placut, dar de la 16.00 in celula umbra.

Mobilate simplu, dar foarte bine situat casa. Proprietarul este foarte util si prietenos. apa limpede frumos. Il recomand tuturor copiilor, familiilor cu copii mici, care doresc sa se relaxeze mai singur. Daca doriti sa manance paine proaspata, cel mai apropiat sat sa fi prescris in avans, deoarece numai atunci puteti lua: fericit:

locatie excelenta, un pic ciudat "pentru a ajunge cu masina, dar cu adevarat exceptionale context. Casa este potrivit pentru cei care se potrivesc un pic ", dar are tot ce ai nevoie pentru a ramane in pace. terasa in aer liber este mare, fantastic.
