Furnici in cameră , cu greu au venit să vadă curățenia lasă de dorit la baruri lipsă de respect te trimite să cauți cafea ca ei nu mai au am solicitat inlocuirea camerei din diverse motive foarte cald clima nu merge și nu au făcut-o cu toate ca hotelul era la un 30%un hotel de maxim 5 din 10

Hotelul foarte bine amplasat, curat, personalul hotelier amabil, mic de bun i variat.

Baia cam mica, incalzirea in camera se face cu aparatul de aer condiionat, care nu prea este igienizat si nici nu face fata daca este rece afara.

Hotel in zona linitita. Destul de aproape de marea majoritate a punctelor istorice de interes. Foarte aproape de intrarea in tunelul Eurasia pe sub Bosfor.

Locatia excelenta, camerele bine intretinute, minibar reumplut zilnic, curatenie OK nu excelent, cu loc de mai bine. Nu corespunde conceptului de high class, mancarea de slaba calitate.

asa cum am spus nici pe departe servicii high class. Mancarea de foarte slaba calitate, pornind de la produsele de la micul dejun si terminand cu fructele de la cina, nimic spectaculos din punct de vedere al gustului sau al produselor in sine. Multe tocanite, de cele mai multe ori cu legume nefierte si fara gust. acelasi gratar de pui cu foarte multe condimente care acoperea in cea mai mare parte gustul carnii... desi aveau cuptor de patiserie, produsele erau in general tari si pareau vechi... Cel mai deranjant lucru, angajatii, care, din pacate nu mai erau turcii cu care ne-am obisnuit, au fost inlocuiti cu foarte multi cetateni rusi. Nu ucrainieni ci rusi. De la receptioner, chelner, barman, guest relations, toti toti rusi.... turcii au ramas doar la joburile grele, cameriste, curatenie, tehnic, gradina, plaja etc. Restul doar rusi. Daca auzeau alta limba decat a lor nici macar nu te bagau in seama si nici nu raspundeau la salut.

Statiunea in sine - Belek - nu e cine stie ce, Antalia ca oras este OK dar ca orice oras din Turcia, un pic aglomerat.

Amplasare buna intre Side si Manavgat, hotel curat, pret corect pt serviciile oferite. Mic dejun cu alimente diferite si bune.

Masa de pranz si cina = dezastru! produse reciclate de la o zi la alta, unele fara gust, unele acre. Putine variante pentru a gasi ceva proaspat si bun de mancare! aceleasi preparate timp de 5 zile! Prajituri de proasta calitate, culori diferite, acelasi gust si acelasi preparat. La barurile din hotel: se folosesc numai pahare de sticla= foarte bine, curate, servire amabila, DaR cantitatea pusa in pahar = zgarcenie! La comanda unei bauturi spirtoase ( coniac sau whisky) nu se pun in pahar mai mult de 40 -50 g.. Calitatea si varietatea bauturilor lasa de dorit. Corelate toate aspectele de mai sus se poate trage concluzia: ce platesti, aia primesti!
